We usually require 2 days’ notice to process and pack orders. So if you order on Monday, you can reasonably expect your order on Wednesday. Please contact us if you wish to place a last minute order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you need a package delivered for a specific date (i.e. during Christmas) - please note this request in the notes section during check out
At our busiest times of year, such as Easter and Christmas, delivery can take an extra one to three days. Whenever buying for an important event, we recommend requesting delivery at least two delivery days prior to the event in case of unforeseen delays.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any delivery date - though we will do our very, very best!
It can take an extra day for deliveries to Scotland.
